EYEBROWS and MORE LLC – Policy, Terms, and Conditions
​Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am- 5 pm: No additional fees.
Evenings (start at) 5 pm—10:30 pm; early morning 5:00 am—7:30 am. HOUR POLICY: There is a $45.00 charge fee for the morning and evening appointments.
Updated Hours: October 7th, 2024 - May 15th, 2025: A $45 refundable fee for evenings and weekends. A $60.00 non-refundable fee for early morning appointments 5:30 am - 7:30 am.
Payment Options: Payment is available for those who spend over 350.00. The payment option is not automatic; it must be requested to be applied for the service.
Eyebrows and More LLC will save a debit or credit card on file. There is a check box if you choose not to have your card saved.
Deposits: Upon booking, a deposit of half the service fee is needed to confirm your appointment and pay for the service.

Touch-up: will require a deposit to be reimbursed at the end of the service or no refund if the appointment is a no-show, no call or late arrival, or not rescheduled 48 hours before; refer to the policy for details.

Pre-paid special packages: A refundable deposit is required for each scheduled service, and all deposits are subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits for initial appointments, touch-up appointments, and pre-paid special packages will be forfeited if you arrive late, are a no-show, or reschedule within less than 48 hours of your appointment time.

Please be on time. There is a 15-minute grace period before a late arrival is considered. If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment, the appointment is canceled and rescheduled, and a 50.00-100 deposit is forfeited, depending on the selected service.

The touch-up appointment will get the deposit returned after the appointment. The 50.00 deposit will still be forfeited if there is a no-show, arrives 15 mins late, and is rescheduled less than 48 hours.

* Pre-paid package policy: if there is a no-show, no call, or no reschedule before 48 hours, one service from the package will be forfeited. For example, if you buy a package of 6 sessions and there's no call or no-show to the appointment, you have five sessions left. A touch-up session isn't included in special offers or packages if you purchased an initial session. The pre-paid package requires a 50.00 deposit that will be reimbursed after the session. The 50.00 deposit will be forfeited if there is a no-show, arrives 15 minutes late, and reschedules within less than 48 hours. Referral Program: Want a FREE touch-up session? *To Qualify, the participant must complete two sessions, and the referring person must provide your name at service so that the participant can receive the free touch-up. The two referring people must pay the regular price to qualify. If the two referring people want the special offered at that time, the participant won't qualify for the free touch-up. You Forfeit a free touch-up if you can’t provide the participant's name due to HIPPA rules.
REFUNDS

Eyebrows and More services are non-refundable unless indicated in the cancellation policy. However, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment if you are unsatisfied. When a refund is issued to return to the customer's account, a processing fee of $4.80 fee will be charged to the customer's account or deducted from the total.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with the salon two weeks after your dissatisfaction to arrange the complimentary service after the recommended healing time.
If you change your mind or decide to do something other than what was originally stated, there will be a nominal charge for the correction.
Please note: Using another permanent makeup artist or making changes yourself is not advisable and will most likely result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. If this is the case, your service provider will advise you during your consultation, and your service will not be subject to our complimentary adjustment policy.

Multiple Service Cancellation Policy:
​
Multiple services are paid in advance and not canceled 48 hours in advance. A no-show or no-call will lose a session. For example, if you bought six brow tinting sessions and didn't call in advance, a no-show and no-call will lose one session, leaving five sessions.

No Guest, please:
​
Cosmetic tattooing is a very detailed and focused procedure. To minimize distractions, please don't bring guests to your appointment. Having no guests includes children, spouses, friends, and pets. COVID-19 update: no guests other than the client are allowed in the treatment room.

Credit cards accepted: There is a 3.5% credit card or debit processing fee. There is no fee when you pay in cash or check.

Touch-ups:
The touch-up session is scheduled for the client after 6-8 weeks following your first session. This perfection session is crucial for the best results. Additional touch-up appointments are for oily, problematic, darkly pigmented skin and people not following after-care instructions properly.

Future touch-ups for returning clients:
Returning clients will be our priority. If you are a returning client and you need a touch-up, book online and select the eyebrow touchup 3-11mos or eyebrow touchup 12+ mos or lip color boost 3-11mos or lip color boost 12+mos

Existing brow tattoos:
We are highly selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have previously tattooed your eyebrows, please email or text us a clear photo of them for approval at (602) 492-1892 or at mralpz1984@gmail.com BEFORE your appointment booking.

Gratuities:
They are not necessary but greatly appreciated.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL MICROBLADING and LIP TATTOO CLIENTS:
The process for All of our services is multi-step appointments. Each client's healed results vary from person to person, so there are NO guarantees for the outcome. We will recommend additional sessions (at an extra charge) to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide quality service, many factors can result in less than the desired outcome, as each client will heal differently. Pre-care and post-care instructions are provided for your new eyebrows or lips to heal properly ( and look like they are the best), and the instructions will help limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the session can dilute and expel the pigment color, leading to poor results. Consuming any medications will cause poor color retention.

1. No Refund Policy:
- Eyebrows and More does not offer refunds for permanent makeup services once they have been rendered.
- This includes services such as microblading, Ombre Powder, Microshading and Microblading, lip blush, dark lip neutralization, tooth gems, touch-ups, microneedling, henna, tinting, red light therapy, lip mask/treatments, and eyeliner tattooing.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for permanent makeup services on full-price services.
- Once the service has been rendered, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a deposit refund.
3. Deposit Refund Policy:
- Your deposit may be refunded if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
